Mozilla 1.0 is out. Yaaaahoooo!

There are some wonderful demos of what can be done with a standards compliant browser.
Linux From Scratch – Problem Solved
Aha! problem solved.
A quick google search on the error message led me to this patch.
Kernel compilation proceeds…
Linux From Scratch – Problem
Oh dear, I still have this error trying to build the kernel.
tridentfb.c:254: #error "Floating point maths. This needs fixing before the driver is safe."

Lazy, Lazy, Lazy…
Oh dear, another day of doing nothing! No progress on Linux From Scratch, still not written up my holiday, not done my homework for my Java course, not got ready for work tomorrow…
Lazy, lazy, lazy, …
Linux From Scratch
Boo Hoo! The kernel didn’t compile! 🙁
Linux From Scratch – Progress
Woo Hoo! I’ve finally finished chapter 6! So far the only deviations from the book are as follows:
1) I chose not to install reiserfsprogs
2) I enabled MD5 password encoding (from the shadow suite hints page).
