Well it’s less than 60 hours until we fly out for our holiday in Turkey AND WE STILL HAVEN’T GOT THE TICKETS! We ordered the tickets through an on line company called SkyDeals.co.uk. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. I think we have been treated shoddily. The latest, after waiting on the phone for more than 15 minutes and being subjected to adverts for other services, is that they say the tickets were sent first class post on Monday and we should have got them today. But they have used the wrong post code so it may be tomorrow! In the meantime I’ve persuaded them to allow us to pick up the tickets at the airport in case they don’t come tomorrow.
At least I managed to find out with which airline we are flying and from which terminal. It does also mean that we will have to be at the airport for about 4am!

The weather had better be good after all this!

Following on from my attempt to get posts from w.bloggar to show up on CafeLog‘s “Recently updated b2 weblogs”, I think if I upload the changed file it may make a difference <grin>. Here goes…

In case you were wondering where I got the phrase “Later Days” from; I first heard it on Disney’s The Weekenders. Tino, who usually introduces the show, closes with it.

You know, it’s really sad by I get pleasure from looking at my watch (the photo doesn’t do it justice). Not sitting staring at it, but every time I look at the time, I mentally smile 🙂

Too late now to look into it. Maybe tomorrow.

I don’t seem to get a hit on CafeLog‘s “Recently updated b2 weblogs” list unless I post from b2edit.php. If I post from w.bloggar I get nothing.
I think I’ve fixed it by adding a call to pingCafelog() in xmlrpc.php just after the call to pingWeblogs(). I hope it’s OK.
This post should test it.
