HAPPY HOLIDAYS to one and all!

I’ve had a fairly quiet day today. We’ve been looking after Megan today and she’s sleeping over. That has kept Jamie fairly occupied all day. I’ve got some reading done. Jan went shopping and I think we’ve got all the pressies now.
On the computing front, the exciting news is that I have been working on my B2 Link Manager add-on. I’ve made excellent progress and already implemented a couple of new features. I think the next version will be version 1.0. It should be ready shortly.

Phew! Just finished wrapping (nearly) all the presents. They look very nice under the tree. WE’ll have to see if they can survive unmolested for the next two days! 🙂

Looks like tidakada.com and cafelog.com have disappeared off the face of the Internet again. It’s been stopping my page loading properly so I’ve suspended the “recently updated b2 blogs” list.

Update:They’re both back again 40 minutes later. Hmmm… I’m beginning to wonder if it’s perhaps the NTL DNS servers giving me trouble.

Ha ha, I’ve had a pretty lazy day today. I didn’t really do too much of anything unti l I had to collect Jamie from school. I did get a phone call from work though!
This evening Jamie went to see a pantomime at the newly restored Plaza in Stockport. I didn’t collect her until 10pm. A very late night for a school night!

I’ve now added my ThinkGeek wishlist to the lefthand sidebar. It’s just there, near the bottom, below my Amazon wishlist, can you see it?

We’ve just finished watching Fame Academy! The girls (Bekki is sleeping over) stayed up very late to watch too. I must say that even though I’ve only seen three or four of the Friday night shows; I found it much more credible than the pop idol thing. I have no doubt that all three of the finalists have pop careers ahead of them. But I have to agree with the viewers vote; David out performed the others on the night.

Jan is feeling a little better today, but is still not right. Jamie hasn’t had any problems since last night, nor have I.

Jamie had her school Nativity play today. She was in the choir. Bekki was the narrator, and Megan was an Angel. Jan took some pictures, but they came out pretty dark. I’ll put up the usable ones this weekend. Jackie and Graham got a couple of good pictures though.

Fairly busy at work again. A few things to clear up before I have my long break.

I’m racing through The Shelters Of Stone, it’s really good.
